How is this different from a podcast studio?
A podcast studio puts 4 chairs and a camera in a treated room. The Lush Stage is a 50-100 cap private venue with a 20-foot projection wall, multi-cam livestream, a licensed bar, and event staff. You can record a podcast here, but you can also bring 80 attendees, run a 60-minute keynote, and host a reception after — without changing rooms or vendors.
Can we livestream to multiple platforms at once?
Yes. We multistream to YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Twitch, and custom RTMP destinations. Stage Pro and Stage Premiere include simulive switching across multiple cameras; Stage Lite is single-cam with multistream supported as an add-on.
Do you handle our slide deck or do we run it?
Either. Most Pro and Premiere bookings hand the deck to our AV operator — we cue slides, video rolls, and lower-thirds live so your speaker focuses on the audience. If your team prefers to run it, we provide an HDMI feed and a confidence monitor.
Can our team bring their own A/V crew?
Yes. Bring-your-own crew is welcome at any tier. We provide the room, projection wall, audio system, and patch points; your crew runs cameras and stream. Most clients use our package because it's faster and cheaper than coordinating a separate vendor.
What's the lead time for booking?
Two weeks minimum for Stage Lite, three weeks for Stage Pro, four weeks for Stage Premiere. Lead time is driven by tech check scheduling and overlay design. Tighter timelines are possible — reach out and we'll tell you what's realistic.
Can we charge admission to attendees?
Yes. Ticketed events are common — fintech meetups, founder community nights, paid workshops. We don't take a cut of ticket revenue. You handle ticketing on your platform of choice (Eventbrite, Luma, Partiful) and our team handles door check.
Do you provide on-site catering, or is it BYO?
We don't run a kitchen. For receptions we coordinate with vetted catering partners, or you bring your own. Bar service is always ours — our bartender behind the licensed mirror bar, with bar revenue retained by the venue.
Is alcohol allowed at corporate / regulated-industry events?
Yes. The bar is licensed and our bartender is on every booking. For regulated events that prefer a dry reception, we run the bar mocktails-only or close it entirely — no impact on pricing.
What about regulated industries — can our compliance team review the streaming setup?
Yes. Send your security or compliance team our way and we'll walk them through the stream chain, recording storage, and retention. Investor-update bookings often run on a private RTMP link with limited distribution; we can configure that.
Can we reserve the lobby studio for green room or 1:1 interviews on the same day?
Yes. The 777 Lobby is a co-owned asset with our sister studio, bookable as a green room or 1:1 interview space alongside any Lush Stage event. Bundle pricing on request.
