A $150 deposit + HST secures your booking on Base and Premium — half the remaining balance 14 days before your event, the other half on the day. If plans change, here’s exactly what happens — in writing, same for every client.
Refund or credit, by timing.
Refunds apply to the balance payment you make 14 days out. The $150 deposit is what holds the date, so it doesn’t come back — but it always comes off your total. Every window is measured against your event date.

All amounts in Canadian dollars. Deposit checkout launches once our Stripe account is live — until then, tour bookings hold your date without a deposit taken.
No-smoking policy. The venue is strict no-smoking indoors. Damage caused by smoking or by guests violating venue rules is deducted from the booker’s cleaning deposit or billed separately.
Damage responsibility. The person who books the event is responsible for damages caused by them or their guests. Damage assessments are invoiced within 30 days of the event.
Chargebacks. Deposit disputes must be raised in writing first. We respond within 7 business days with the booking contract, Stripe receipts, and all communication on record.
