What is the capacity for an engagement party?
Up to 30 guests on Base, up to 50 on Premium. Most engagement parties run 30 to 50 — the close-family-and-friends number. The 70-cap configuration is available case-by-case for larger guest lists.
Can our photographer move freely in the room?
Yes. The whole room is yours for the block — your photographer has access to every angle. The 777 Lobby gallery wall, the Versace wall, the dance floor under programmable lighting, and the mirror bar all photograph as distinct locations within the same building.
Can we bring our own alcohol (BYOB)?
Yes. Bring your own liquor with an AGCO Special Event Permit ($50 processing). We handle the paperwork if you'd like. The bar setup is included on every tier — you supply the drinks, we supply the bar, glassware, and the room.
What's included in the rental fee?
Every tier includes a private buyout of the room, the full AV (concert-grade sound system, programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, 20-foot Resolume projection wall), wireless microphones, modular staging, the bar setup, and a dedicated operator + event staff for the night.
