What hosts ask first.

Can we bring our own alcohol (BYOB)?

Yes. Bring your own liquor with an AGCO Special Event Permit ($50 processing). We handle the paperwork if you'd like. The bar setup is included on every tier — you supply the drinks, we supply the bar, glassware, and the room.

Is there a bartender included?

A bartender is included on VIP Luxe and available as an add-on on Base and Premium. The bar setup itself (mirror-finish bar, glassware, ice service) is included on every tier — you bring the liquor under the AGCO permit.

Do you allow outside catering?

Yes. Bring your own caterer or use our short list of trusted Toronto caterers. There is no kitchen on-site, so caterers operate as drop-off / staffed-buffet style. We can recommend grazing-table services on request.

What's included in the rental fee?

Every tier includes a private buyout of the room, the full AV (concert-grade sound system, programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, 20-foot Resolume projection wall), wireless microphones, modular staging, the bar setup, and a dedicated operator + event staff for the night.
