What is the capacity for a 25th?
Base seats up to 30 guests, Premium up to 50. Most 25th birthdays run 30 to 40 guests — the close-friends number — which fits Base or the lower end of Premium. The 70-cap configuration is available case-by-case for larger crowds.
What's included in the rental fee?
Every tier includes a private buyout of the room, the full AV (concert-grade sound system, programmable LED ceiling, moving heads, 20-foot Resolume projection wall), wireless microphones, modular staging, the bar setup, and a dedicated operator + event staff for the night.
Can we have a DJ or live music?
Yes. The room is DJ-ready out of the box — bring your DJ, your laptop, or your live act and our operator handles the patch. The 20-foot projection wall syncs to the music via Resolume for a programmed dance-floor moment.
Can we decorate the room?
Yes. Anything that doesn't drill into surfaces or use adhesive is fair game. Florists, custom backdrops, balloon arches, photo booths — all welcome. The backdrop rental ($100) doubles as a step-and-repeat behind the gallery wall.
